    Worst experience ever! We foolishly trusted the curbside girl to give us our entire order, but when we got home (literally five minutes away), my ill husband’s entree was missing. I called and the manager, Joe, said he’d leave right away to bring it to us (I was so impressed with that!). Well, fast forward 30 minutes: I’ve been standing at the front gate (gated community) in the 90 degree sun for half an hour and have called Applebee’s TWICE. My husband just walked up to report that the burger, fries, and mozzarella sticks were now stone cold. I was LIVID. Just then the manager drove up in a beat-up old station wagon. He complained that he couldn’t find our place (despite having both my cell phone number and his own GPS-enabled smartphone—both of which he chose not to use). He claimed he couldn’t find an address (it’s clearly marked on the corner in 12-inch letters). Now I’m sitting here, overheated from standing in the hot NM sun for 30 minutes, trying to choke down cold French fries. If he had had the common sense to CALL when he realized he couldn’t find us, not only to get directions but to let us know he would be late, he would now have the $20 bill that was in my pocket—instead of the request for a complete refund. We will NEVER be patronizing another Applebee’s again.

    App didn't work so i went down and ordered. Super fast!! However food was hard like it had been microwaved. Spinach dip was cold too. Not sure if fast was good this time. Staff was super nice! Will try again.

    Good food friendly servers we ordered a few old fashions and they were actually pretty good. Good spot to go get an easy bite with family or friends

    The food was amazing, and I must say, everyone ought to try the pretzels and beer cheese dip!

    Food was good.. Ordered curbside and got a tender chicken salad, the employee taking my order asked if honey mustard was ok and I replied can I please get ranch instead? He said of course. When I picked it up I didn't even look at the food. When I got to where I was going I was starving and ready to eat. Then I saw the honey mustard! Ended up eating it with no dressing...😥
